Find a mortgage adviser

Not sure who to pick? Ask us to match you with an adviser.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Buying your first home, moving banks, or borrowing more: five short steps, about two minutes, and no account to create.

  2. 2

    Or choose an adviser

Pick from advisers who cover your area, or let us suggest one. Only the adviser you choose sees your details.

  3. 3

Hear back within a working day

Your adviser has a working day to accept. When they do, they get your name and number and call you to arrange a free first chat. If they don't, we tell you and offer someone else.

Why use an adviser?

Your bank can only offer you its own mortgages. A mortgage adviser works across lenders, and works for you.

More than one bank

An adviser can put your application to several lenders and tell you how they compare, instead of the one set of products your bank sells.

Usually free to you

Most advisers don't charge you. The lender pays them when your mortgage settles, and any fee an adviser does charge is shown on their profile.

Someone on your side

They handle the paperwork and the back-and-forth with the lender, and they're there again the next time you need them.

Who is Sussed?

Sussed is a 100% independent directory of New Zealand's mortgage advisers. Every listed adviser is registered to give financial advice; every verified one has proved who they are. Nobody pays to appear here, and no rating is shown without a source.

Made in Otago by a small independent team, not by a bank or a lender, and advisers pay only when a client signs a loan offer. How we verify and rank advisers.
